This is regarding the appointment of EPC Contractor for the Project in Subject. It is to bring it
to your kind notice that we have selected the Contractor M/S D.P Jain & Co. Infrastructure Pvt.
Ltd. of Nagpur for execution of all works of the Project.

The preparation of EPC Agreement and other relevant documents pertinent to the process of
assigning the EPC Contractor is in process and the same shall be submitted to your office in due
course of time, once completed.
