Title: Weightlifting, the sport of my dreams.

I consider weightlifting to be the best sport in the world, the first reason is that this sport is
practiced by women and men helping to improve the health and fitness of many people. In
addition, this sport is considered a sport that makes all the muscles of the body work. Further, I
would practice this sport because you can meet a lot of people during exercise routines and make
friends. An example is that my friend Gabriel practices this sport and he told me that he made
many friends in the gym.

The second reason is that this sport represents a challenge in my life, it’s difficult sport to
practice and requires discipline and a lot of will, for example las week I saw a television program
where people were engaged in lifting large amounts of weight.

The main reason is that I like the idea that in this sport you can compete you’re your friends
and show who is the strongest in the group, I think that I can have a lot of fun competing with my
partners in this sport. For example, last week I saw some boys competing, the first boy lifted 50
kilograms, the second boy lifted 30 kilograms and the third boy was the winner lifting 80 kilograms,
this experience was very exciting to see for me. In conclusion, this sport is the sport of my dreams
because it would help me to be a more disciplined person, it would help me to have better health
and meet new people with the same passion.
