Indirect Object
He brought a sandwich to his girlfriend.
She’s going to buy presents for him.
Ben showed the picture to his friend.
He brought it to his girlfriend.
NOT He brought his girlfriend it.

Rewrite each sentence. Put the indirect object before the direct object.
1. I prepared a presentation for my boss.
The volunteers handed them their packets.
2. Please send the conference notes to me.

3. Ron is emailing the photos to me.

4. Could you lend your laptop to her?

5. We gave the brochures to everyone.

6. Don’t forget to wish good luck to the presenters.

7. Brian remembered to bring the video camera for them.

8. Could he send a video of the conference highlights to all participants?
