Rent Agreemen

This deed of Rent Agreement is made at Chandigarh, on this 01 November 2019 between:-

where the context so admit include his legal heirs, executors, successors, legal representatives
and administrators of the one part of this deed and

Shimla Himachal Pradesh, Pin 171006 & presently (hereinafter referred to as the tenant) having
residence of which term shall where the context so admit include his legal heirs, executors,
successors, legal representatives and administrators of the other part of this deed.

3. Whereas the said landlord is the owner and he has agreed to let out the entire second
floor of the said house comprising of two bed rooms, drawing room, kitchen and two toilets to
the above said tenant and the tenant has also agreed to take the above said entire second floor,
and both the parties have agreed with each other on the following terms and conditions:-
