    （Submittal For Approval Of Materials）

    1.Material list
    The material list or catalogue can show to consultant clearly which kinds of material we want to
    submit. And mark selection in catalogue , a comparation sheet for selection and schedule data
    is better.

    2.Date sheet
    highlighted , match dimensions with required  ,installation instructions and other instructions

    3.Comply sheet
    two types :
    a- based on specs ( write  your comment  by computer and put stamp on specs) see sample of
    compliance sheet-1
    b- make a table for points and write your comment  see simple of compliance sheet-2   

    4.Company certificates
    The certificates mentioned in the spec and another certificates can help consultant approve the
    materials

    5.Company test report


    Same as No.4

    6.Company profile
    7.List of company projects
    8.Copies of company approvals
    The approval by powerful consultants will be VERY HELPFUL (especially approved by DAR
    himself in another projects)

    10. Warranty copy
