I am sorry to express my utter dismay at the poor quality of the Lenovo IP320 laptop I bought from Ryans
computers, IDB branch, dated 10th February, 2020. I have noticed several defect and discrepancies in the
computer.

After only a week of use, however, the laptop battery is already starting to malfunction. I have to keep it
plugged in to electricity source and thus could not use it outside my home. The touchpad is not
functioning properly as well.

Ryans Computers is a leading dealer in computers and the company enjoys a good reputation and
goodwill in the market. Since the item has one-year warranty, I hope you will replace the defective laptop
at the earliest.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until next week before seeking
help from a consumer protection agency. Enclosed are copies of my money receipt, warranty card, model
