Dear Parents,

Greeting from The Orbis School!

As the session is shortly due to resume, the special arrangement of online purchase of books
during the days of the pandemic lockdown was made purely to offer a safe and convenient option
for the parents and the vendor. A large number of parents have chosen to exercise this option.
Many deliveries have been made and in a few days the rest may expect to receive their book sets
too.

However, some parents have expressed certain reservations. The school has always maintained
and once again reiterates that there is no compulsion of any sort as regards the purchase of the
books. In case parents wish to exercise options better suiting them, they may do so. Further, if
they wish to, in order to save on the delivery charges, opt to personally go and purchase the books
they want, they may exercise their discretion as regards safety.

Please note, a visit to the shop, warrants that the number of visitors be fewer to maintain physical
social distancing. Hence, parents should contact, after the 8th of June, on 93095 19009 daily
between 9.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. to fix a shop visit time slot. This is to be adhered for the safety
of all concerned.
