Each one of us, as a human living in our society all we want is to have a good

relationship or to have a good connection to the people who we’ve meet every day.

Relationship is the most important because you were feel uncomfortable if the

connection between of you is not good. And it is good if you are going to consult a

practitioner who are expert in the field of relationship for you to know what you might

to do in order to build a good relationship with your family, friends, love ones and

every person that is close to you. Relationship is the much more than a personal

relationship even though it is often argued that the relationship between client and

consultant is based on people.

Part 2: Summary

First and foremost, all good relationship are based on trust. Without trust we

cannot even start the relationship. Your relationship with a consulting partner is a

substantially. Client – consultant relationship are also based on transformation.

Mutual trust allows both parties to bring their most effective selves in a range of

situations – good or bad. Trust also helps you to navigate through any clashes in

approach to ensure continued success. Being a great consultant is all about helping

clients achieve their business objectives. As a consultant, the majority of relationship

is through referrals. They live in a close – knit business environment. People that use

their service will turn to a friend where they trust. At the end of the day, a strong

client – consultant relationship is when you as a business leader, feel comfortable

calling the consultant when you are faced with an issue that may be related to a
current project or experience – simply because you trust their insight and value them

as a partner.

Part 3: Recommendation

In engaging relationship you should consult a consultant for you to know the

different types of consulting relationship for you to be guided. Every relationship

should have the love and trust. Consultants should be good to their clients for them

to deal things in order and to understand each other. And it is essential to realize that

consultant are not usually as part of the employee’s fraternity nor do they have direct

involvement in any organization. In order to make the consultancy involvement work

and be victorious, it is crucial for everyone to appreciate the nature and context of

this connection. In order to make the consultancy intervention work and be

successful it is therefore crucial for managers to understand the nature and context

of this relationship. For the client this double control problem explains their

ambiguous relationship.
Part 4: Conclusion

Every person should know how to handle their relationship to other person for

them to understand each other. They should love and trust each other. Because

without trust your will not working. You should go to the relationship consultant for

you to know if your relationship with your partner is still working, enable both of you

know as early as you can, so that you can change in order to make it good again.

And we should not forget that put God as the center of your relationship for it to

make perfect.

During the relationship, the client role changes to that of checking up on the

consultant. However, this depends on the type of problems for which the consultants

is hired to solve. The important role of the client before the final collaboration is

decided, is to tell the consultant about view and definition of the problem which

needs to be solved. Clients also reflects on the type of consultants that seems the

most appropriate of the solution of the problem.
