A.The Need analysis of this people is obviously study English to accomplish their skill in the office as
a part of business communication through the language. They need speaking practice and
understanding the meaning of language that they’re talk about in their fields. They’re background of
course as a employee in international office that have many collegue from around the world. They
speak English as a part of daily activites in office through their job

B.I collect the data throughout my friend that worked in there, the office is new comer in Indonesia
because it’s a branch from china. I collect the sample in 1 day and wait the feedback in another day.

C. The advantages of course I can get a networking friends through this task and I can get more
information about what oepople need in International company through the business what they did.
The disadvantages is I can’t get the clear answer because it just through online device because of
pandemic covid 19 in Indonesia and it make my friend is did the job more at the home and they’re
really busy.

1. Be brave to talk with english, no matter what if you have a mistake.

2. Study English is the best way to get you a good opportunity in life. Listen and do with or
without any mistake always improve your skill
3. I think we should try to understand the meaning context in English to receive any important
message that will get us through the good communication in society. We should more listen
and repeat with more speak to help us in professional activities.
4. We should practice English with carefully and we need an expert to give an advice that can
improve our English to be better.

5. Study English with a good opponent will increase the skill of English and very importantly it’s
speak and try to talk and give a positive feedback to other speaker.
6. Improve the English with your vocabulary and try to speak and understand your opponents
by listening skill and don’t forget to more practice because English is communication tool
that very useful wherever you are

D. Conclusion

The conclusion is that we can get more interaction with english which is very important as a part
of skill in the office when you come as a new comer through Applicant and you can use english
as very important skill and you woll improve it everyday as a very interesting things that can help
you in the real world task as a professional worker.
