Subject: PRE TERMINATION LETTER

Dear Mrs. Relampagos:

This pertains to the Renewal Contract of Lease (“Contract of Lease”)

duly executed and signed by us last August 29, 2018 for the leasing of your
residential house located at Barangay Libis, Culion, Palawan exclusively
intended to house our business The Generics Pharmacy (“TGP”).

It is of public knowledge in the Municipality of Culion, Palawan that

TGP was hastily and arbitrary closed by the Local Government Unit
(“LGU”) of Culion, Palawan for alleged violation of Municipal Ordinance
2019-097 otherwise known as “Ordinance Regulating the Generation,
Storage, Collection, Transportation and Disposal of Solid Waste in the
Municipality of Culion” which is now the subject of criminal and
administrative cases against the responsible officials of LGU Culion filed
before the Office of the Ombudsman last October 18, 2019 until this very
moment or almost eight (8) months now to our damage and prejudice.
Worse, no revenues were generated by TGP since then not to mention the
everyday losses incurs due to expiration of drugs or medicines stored before
the closure.

It is worthy to note that it is expressly stated on the said Renewal

Contract of Lease that the term of the lease shall be for five (5) years
commencing from August 29, 2018 to August 29, 2023. It is also expressly
specified on the Contract of Lease particularly paragraph G thereof that the
lessee has the right to pre terminate the term of the contract provided she
shall notify in writing the lessor at least thirty (30) days prior to its intended
termination.

Considering the foregoing valid and reasonable ground, notice is

hereby given that I am exercising and invoking my right under paragraph G
of the above mentioned Contract of Lease to pre terminate the same to be
effective on August 1, 2020.

Hoping for your kind understanding and approval on this instant valid
request.
