Safe Work Procedure Checklist:
Pre operation:
1. Wear appropriate PPE (Safety helmet, coverall with 3M reflactor, safety gloves, and safety harness)
2. Ensure you are fit to do specific task or duty.
3.Check harness and fall arrest system (FAS) before use and be prepared before climb on spreader.

Operation
1.Do task that is appropriate to supervisor instructions
2.Do being under suspended load follow 3 container rules procedure.
3.Continous communication between lashing team and crane operator.

Post operation
1.Report to the supervisor if there is a unsafe act or problem on board.
2.Check if there is any unappropriate happened to (FAS) before it return.

  QCC request for spreader ride.

 QC operator lower spreader to convey lasher.

 Lasher up man fix the twislock progressively from starboard side to port side.

 Lasher need to aware on 3 container rules procedure while fixes the twistlocks.

 On the other side QCO to load from starboard to port side and also to aware on 3 container
rules procedure.

 Up man inform OBC about work completation.

 QCC request for spreader ride to take take lasher, QC operator lower spreader to convey
lasher.

 Lasher ride spreader to safe location.

 QCO continue loading operations.
