Module 2 – Dividing Decimals

 Please click on the following link Teacher mini lesson on dividing decimals to watch teacher
minilesson video on dividing decimals by whole numbers. As you are watching video,
please copy/type notes into your math journals. You will use this as a resource when
completing classwork and to prepare for post-assessment.

 After you have watched the minilesson, complete pages 459 - 460 in your online math
textbook. This can be found in the Google Classroom Classwork tab. Submit after
completion for grade and teacher feedback.

 Complete Discussion Post #1: If gas is priced at $2.79 per gallon, and David’s car holds
9.8 gallons. How much would it cost him to fill up?

 Students will complete an online math portfolio called “Decimal Stories” which include
practice problems, an Educreation assignment, and a reflection.
