YEAR END ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

Grade 11-Artemis: Accountancy and Business Management (ABM)
SY 2018-2019

ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE STUDENTS

July:
 Opening and start of the classes in the school year 2018-2019

August:
 Initiate classroom election for my section and elected new sets of Class Officers for this
school year
 The students and parents are actively participated in the First PTA Meeting held in our
school in addition to that on that day also we also initiate a General PTA Election and
Homeroom PTA Election and elected a new sets of PTA Officers respectively.
 My class advisory are actively participated during the Buwan ng Wika Celebration

September:
 My class advisory are actively participated in all the activities line up during the LUCST
Intramurals and Foundation Day Celebration
 My class advisory was hailed as the 2 nd runner up for the Cheer dance Competition
during the Founding Anniversary Celebration

October:
 My class advisory are actively participated during the World Teacher’s Day Celebration.
 My class advisory are actively participated during the Grade 11 Acquaintance Party
 My student, Cyzel Angel D. Shibano was hailed as the “Star of the Night” during the
Acquaintance Party

November:
 The students and parents are actively participated during the Second PTA Meeting and
First Grading Card Day, the proud students and their children enjoined the
achievements of their success during the awarding activities in the said events.
 My class advisory are actively participated during the English Festival Celebration
 My class advisory was hailed as the Champion for the International Dances of the World
during the English Festivals

December:
 My students are actively participated during the LUCST Family Day and to our
Classroom Christmas Party

January:
 My class advisory are actively participated during the Math-Sci Festival Celebration
 My class advisory was hailed as the Champion for Math-Sci Jingle during the Math-Sci
Festival Celebration.
 The students and parents are actively participated during the Third PTA Meeting and
Second Grading Card Day, the proud students and their children enjoined the
achievements of their success during the awarding activities in the said events.

February:
 My class advisory conducted a Culminating Activity for the Day Care pupils at Corazon
Ortega Day Care Center at Central West, Bauang, La Union during the LUCST
Valentine’s Day Celebration.
 My class advisory are all actively participated during the SSG Election and some of
them won in the said election.
 My class advisory are actively participated during the Cultural Festivals Celebration

March:
 My class advisory are actively participated during the LUCST Career Day Celebration; in
addition to that they also organize an entrepreneurial booth selling pancakes and other
delicacies.
 My student Jann Vergel C. Arquitola, was hailed as the winner for Best in Career
Costume during the LUCST Career Day Celebration.
April:
 The students and parents are actively participated during the Last PTA Meeting and
Third Grading Card Day, the proud students and their children enjoined the
achievements of their success during the awarding activities in the said events.

May:
 My top achievers in my class as well as the special citation awardees (conduct and
perfect attendance) with their proud parents join during the SHS Graduation Exercises
and Awarding Ceremony to receive their awards.

ACCOMPLISHMENT OF THE TEACHER

 Served as Classroom Adviser of the Grade 11-Artemis (ABM)

 Attend various seminars and trainings in relation to my field of specialization.
 Presently taking up my Master’s degree in Development Administration major in Local
and Regional Administration (24 units) at DMMMSU Open University System.
 Serve as a one of the facilitator in Quiz Bee during the LUCST Buwan ng Wika
Celebration.
 Serve as the overall chair during the LUCST Cultural Festival Celebration
 Serve as one of the facilitators of the Culminating Activity/ Work Immersion of the
Grade 12-Nemesis (HUMSS/GAS) alongside with Richie Binarao and Rod Leslie Poloc
 Counselled some students regarding different personal matters.
 Prepare and update course syllabus, course outline and daily lesson logs.
 Initiated PTA Meetings and PTA Elections
 Help during the preparations of all celebrations/ programs in the school.
 Conducted a Culminating Activity twice at Corazon Ortega Day Care Center, Central
West Bauang, La Union. The first one was in December before the LUCST Family Day
Celebration with my student in Community Immersion Grade 12-Nemesis (HUMSS/
GAS) and the last one was in February during the LUCST Valentine’s Day Celebration.
