dengan aktivitas sehari-hari ( daily routine)

3. Unsur kebahasaan :

• Expressions dialing with asking information in daily activity

- What do you usually do in your office every day?

- How does Rina go to work?

• Expressions dialing with giving information in daily activity.

- I usually types letters, sorts letters, and mail the letters.

- She always goes to work by bus.

• Simple Present Tense

- S + v 1+ o/adv ( I go to work by train)

- She/he/it + v 1 +s/es+ o/adv ( Mrs. Jenny sends the data by email)

• Yes/no Questions

Ingat bahwa pertanyaan yang dijawab dengan YES/NO, maka tidak boleh
menggunakan kata “ WHAT”di awal kalimat tanya. Look at the following example :

- Is he inside, Sir ? yes, he is ( perhatikan kata yang bertanda merah)

- Can you type this letter, Rin? Yes, I can / No, I can not

- Are they your classmate ? Yes, they are/No, They are not

• Informative Questions
 Informative question di gunakan untuk memberikan pertanyaan yang menginginkan
jawaban berupa penjelasan.

- What time does the work begin? It will be started at 7 am

- Where do you go? I go to book store

Example of daily activities.

My Daily Activities
I usually wake up in the morning at 4.00 a.m. Then I immediately pray subuh. Before I go to
school I already tidied my room, breakfast, and fed my cat. I go to school at 06.30 with my father
accompany me. In the school I study from 06.30 a.m until 12.00 p.m. After school, I
immediately change my clothes and have a lunch. After that, I play with my beloved cat. In the
afternoon, I usually watch TV with my family. In the night, I do my homework and go to sleep at
09.00.
