1 Instead of ss coated cable ties there are used uncoated cable ties .
2 There is no nylon pad between SS EI 001 junction box and carbon steel
support
3 IP washers were missed EI 001 Junction box for glands (in all probability glands
are uncertified and need to be verified)
4 Used plastic gland for the outlet power socket (Tag N SC-001)
5 Junction box encloser earthing missing (EI-001, EI-002)
6 All tags for junction boxes are glued, self-tapping screw shall be used instead
of glue
7 Inside the EI 001 junction box three earth cable connected to one earthing
point. (To one earthing point max 2 earth cable can be connected)
8 Inside the cable tray there is no segregation plate between control and
instruments cables
9 Termination of box (EI-002) completed with a long supply of cable cores
10 Used SS bolt for the earth boss, earth boss to be completed with bronze bolt,
washer and nut

deficiencies whilst every endeavour has been made to identify all deficiencies. AZFEN accepts no responsibility for deficiencies not
immediately apparent, and therefore not covered within this report.
