Am Motlokoa Pakana the co founder of Bophelo foudation.Bophelo Foundation is a non – government

organization lunched at Phiritona on October 2014. This foundation comprises of students who are
studying various courses from various universities. The members consist of seven (7) male and six (6) male
students.. Our main aim includes inter alia motivate high school learners to indulge themselves
wholeheartedly to their studies.

So far the foundation has launched three projects which, to us, were successful. The first one took place
on Mandela Day 2014. The second one was held on Christmas Eve 2014. The third and the Last one took
place on July 18th 2015 where people living in informal settlement were given clothes and food parcel
donated to us by local churches, local businesses as well as the community at large.

As a member of bophelo Foudation an student at University Johannesburg, am currently facing

insurmountable problem of having no place to stay. I have to travel from Heilbron to Johannesburg so i
can attend class in which i sometime miss lot of them because of financial constraints. I stay with my
grandmother we survive with her grant in which is difficult for her to pay for my accommodation fee.
Hence i make this humble request to my leadership to assist me with accommodation fee. Attach is the
quotation an their bank details. Soon i will be writing Nomvember final exam. So i need assistance as
possible.

I hope and trust that my request will meet with the Major’s favourable consideration.
