30 Minute Text Notification

• A text will be sent 30 minutes prior


to each appointment’s start time.
• A separate text will be sent for
every appointment.
• Each Notification text will contain:
• Appointment ID
• Appointment Date & Time
• Link to access the Check IN &
OUT web application
• You will need to click on the Link
associated to each Work Order and
it will direct you to the Check IN &
OUT web application.
• You MUST be at the physical address
of the appointment.

• You will need to Allow


the application to use
your location.
• You will ONLY be
allowed to check IN
when you are at the
physical address of
Check IN the appointment.
• The application will
match you GPS
location with the
address of the
appointment.
• Click on Check IN
• MyLinguistica will
update live and will
provide visibility to our
staff and the client.
CHECK OUT

• Interpreter will need


to access the link
from the Check In &
Out text message.
• Interpreter will ONLY
be allowed to check
OUT when at the
physical address of Check OUT
the appointment.
• The application will
match your GPS
location with the
address of the
appointment.
• Click on Check OUT
• MyLinguistica will
update live and will
provide visibility to our
staff and the client.
Q&A

Q. What would happen if I am not at the physical address and I attempt to check
in or out?
A. The application will determine based on your GPS locations that you are not at
the correct address and will not allow you to proceed. A message will display on
your screen displaying “Out of Range”
Q. What if I am a the correct location and is not allowing me to check IN or OUT?
A. Call Linguistica at the main number (801) 262-4550
Q. What about if I have multiple appointments at the same address during the
same day.
A. You will still need to Check IN and OUT for every appointment. This is a
requirement coming from the client.
Q. What happens if I forget to check IN.
A. It will be visible to us and to our client that you have not checked in, so we will
call you to find out if you have arrived. This will also be confirmed with the client.
