1. Identify and explain the 7 P's of marketing.  


Answer:
Product – It refers to what you are selling, including all the features, advantages,
and benefits that your customers can enjoy from buying your goods or services. The
product should match in with the role for which customers want it, it should work,
and it should expect what customers want.
Price- It relates to the goods and services price plan, and how that would impact the
customers. You will consider how much your buyers are able to spend, how much
markup you intend to compensate for overheads, the sales margins, and forms of
payment, among other expenses.
Promotion – It is a promotional practice which you use to educate the consumers of
your goods and services, including ads, selling campaigns, discounts, and direct
marketing. These are generally termed marketing tactics.
Place - Place is where you use, make, offer, or deliver your goods and services.
Access to your products is key for customers and it is important to make sure
customers can find you.
People - It is applicable to the workers and sales customers, like yourself, who work
with your company. It is important to have the right people since they are as much a
part of your company as the products/services you provide.
Process Management - Refers to the procedures used in providing consumers with
goods and services.
Physical Evidence - This refers to what your customers see as they communicate
with your business. Almost all services contain certain physical elements even
though the bulk of what the consumer pays for is intangible.
2. Name a Philippine based establishment and discuss its 7P's.
Answer:
7 p’s Jollibee
Product Jolly Super Meal which includes chicken joy, burger steak, jolly
spaghetti, rice, and drinks
Price The Super Meal Combo costs ₱ 150.00
Promotion Its counter staff engages personal suggestion about the super
combo meal which accompany with some desserts, burgers and
other drinks depend upon the preference of the customer. Also,
their sales promotion is in the form of Value or kids Meal which
has a limited toy edition as Jollibee do advertisement in
Television, social media, newspaper, and magazine.
Place Jollibee food can be availed in any location in the Philippines.
Also, it offers drive-thru for convenient purposes.
People Its Current potential customers and its employees are part of the
Jollibee Family tree. Family is a usual patron of Jollibee and they
create a friendly and accommodating atmosphere.
Process The Jollibee has a procedure that they must follow the staff will
Management greet and accommodate the customers. If the food is not yet
ready, the staff will inform them promptly. They will give you a
number to inform them that it will be delivered to your chosen
table. Aside from that, cleanliness is a must for it is a fast-food
chain restaurant.
Physical Evidence The essential evidence includes food, drinks, and limited-edition
items. Also, the staff uniforms and restaurant’s serving tray,
store displays, music, good ambiance are part of it.
