2019 with GST for most economical and safe way of execution of work.

REPORT:- This estimate is prepared for an amount of Rs 2,34,43,000/-( Rupees two crore thirty
fourlakhs forty three thousand only) for augmentation of 110/11KV,10 MVA Power transformer-2 by 20
MVA at 110/11 KV Sub-station Mayasandra in Tiptur nodal center.

The Existing Power Transformers at 110/11KV Mayasandra sub station is over loaded.The supply
mainly feeding to Government hospital, villages , water supply, lightings & IP set installations. The load is
increasing day by day.
As the existing Transformer-2 is overloaded,it is proposed to increase the Transformer capacity
from 1 X 10 MVA by 20 MVA Power Transformer and also providing spare 1000 Sq.mm. U.G.Cable for
Transformer to avoid the power supply interruption at the time of pot head failure.The existing 11 KV NCT
ratio is 800-400/1A & this is not suitable for 20 MVA Transformer. In this estimate the existing NCT is
proposed to replace by 1200-800/1-1 A ratio. The capacity of existing Bank CT's are 800-400/1-1A and
they are to be replaced by 1200-800/1 A CT's.The provision for oil sump is made for CTR protection system.
The existing C & R panel of Transformer is suitable to 20 MVA Transformer. The released power
transformer,RTCC panel and 11KV NCT, CT, control cables and mounting structures are shown as credit.

This estimate is prepared as per the approved DPR vide No:B19/2387/95-96 Dated 02-05-2018.
The above augmentation work is approved in 72nd th TCCM meeting dated 17.02.2017.

Hence this estimate may be kindly sanctioned to take up the work at the earliest.
