Mine Maintenance General Supervisor 2020 – to date

General supervision in Mine Maintenance. Responsible for the maintenance works for all the
crew. Direct reports: The Field Supervisor (Field Crew) and the Shovel Supervisor (Shovels
Crew), In charge of the maintenance of the trucks, shovels, loaders and auxiliary fleet.
Management and development of staff, 26 workshop mechanics, 10 shovel mechanics, and 12
field mechanics. Achieving the following:
 Fulfillment with the weekly maintenance plan
 Zero harm, No accidents in maintenance works.

Expediting Supervisor 2019 – 2020

Administration, request and pay of the spares and parts that will be used in the maintenance of
the fleet. Administration of the Tools Shop. Budget and Forecast maker. In charge of 12
technicians.

Mine Maintenance Planner senior 2016 – 2019

Follow up daily and weekly plan for the truck fleet. Plan the preventive maintenance (PM), the
replacement program maintenance (PCR), and Backlogs (BL). Management the monthly
budged. Make up the annual truck budget,
 Get the availability for each term in the 793D y 793C truck fleet
 Accomplishment the truck annual budget.

Mine Maintenance Supervisor 2012 - 2016

Management and supervision of preventive maintenance of the off-road trucks, supervision of
corrective shop for trucks and loaders. Administration and development of the personal (in
charge of 37 mechanics), giving feedback and reports to the trucks General Chief.
 Achieve the “zero harm” goal during the past 24 months.
 Best rate for FSAPM 81.3 hours (first stop after the PM) in seven consecutive months.
 Increased productivity of trucks entering workshop, generating an increase of 0.5% of the
fleet availability.
 Improved accuracy in service based on equipment deliveries at scheduled times.

Strategic Maintenance Planner Minas Conga 2011 –

2012
Administration of the pieces of equipment that Conga Mine purchased for the first stage of the
project (construction).Audit the contractors in charge of the installation, maintenance and
operation: Ferreyros, Choice and Fluor. Reports to Maintenance superintendent.
 Implementation of the OMAT Operability and Maintainability Analysis Technique for
Freightliners fleet.
 Increase the control for the contractors’ execution tasks, approximately 10% improvement.
 Design the Headcount for maintenance that was approved for the life of the project.

Budget and Cost planner 2009 –2011

Preparation of the headcount company wide. Human Resources (HR) budgeting and
