I am writing with enthusiasm to apply for the Financial Analyst position at Salesforce. I am currently the
Finance & Accounting Specialist at Levelset where I participate in regular finance & accounting duties, as
well as collaborate with our Product and Data teams to drive financial improvements that streamline
internal FP&A processes and benefit our customer base. My financial background combined with my
diverse experience in a fast-paced tech startup makes me a perfect candidate for this position.

During my internship at GE Digital, I acted as project manager and developed a financial analysis and
reporting tool that automated payroll coding for 10,000 employees. We identified the pain points within
GE Digital's financial close process, built out the Minimum Viable Product, and planned the
implementation across eight global locations. Furthermore, I participated in the annual close process by
preparing the financial documents for their eight global locations. This not only introduced me to
high-level financial analysis but taught me how to identify areas of improvement and execute solutions
on a wide scale.

In my current role at Levelset, I manage a diverse range of projects that improve the company's financial
processes on top of performing regular finance & accounting duties. Last year, I built an outreach
process in Salesforce using trend analysis and reduced delinquent payment churn by 50% after
streamlining our various collections programs. I also worked closely with our Development team and
rectified pain points within Levelset's financial reporting using SQL, allowing for real-time revenue
reporting on certain segments of the business. With the help of our Product team, I recently automated
a significant billing process and reduced our monthly close process by 20%. During my time at Levelset
so far, I have contributed to the company’s rapid growth by automating time-consuming processes and
delivering key financial metrics in a rapid manner.

I am an excellent candidate for the Financial Analyst position due to my background in financial analysis
and FP&A optimization within fast-paced tech startups. Combined with my experience working with
Product and Development teams, I have a well-rounded understanding of how financial metrics tie into
decision-making and how to continuously improve internal financial reporting processes.
