General
The ELS-8910 is a modular Cyber Intelligence System for
law enforcement agencies, homeland security, military and
intelligence organizations. The system supports the full
intelligence cycle including: data interception, extraction,
correlation, fusion, analysis and storage, for both strategic
and tactical operations.
The Cyber Intelligence System includes the following
subsystems:
Interception: strategic and backbone probing, generic off-
the-air and long-range wireless interceptors, covering the
cyberspace and the telecom domains, mass production
and pinpoint targeting. ELTA solutions address the challenges
of modern communication intelligence by handling mass
of data and overcoming encryption and anonymity.

Signal Analysis & Production: production and
extraction of content and meta-data, using advanced
protocols, flow and session analysis algorithms, powered
by a dynamically expandable library, containing thousands
of protocols, file-formats, social networks, computer,
Web and mobile applications.
Intelligence Center (I-SMART): enabling the operator
to define targets for pinpoint surveillance, and to monitor
the targets activities as Web sessions, including meta-
data and content. I-SMART operator uses sophisticated
tools to search intercepted content and meta-data by
key words, and to view target locations on maps.

Interception Capabilities
- Passive, active, mass and pinpoint interception
- Lawful interception of Telecom, Internet, and Cellular service providers
- Microwave Links – scanning and intercepting signals in the MW
band, strategically, tactically, and non-military
- GSM – passive, off-the-air intercepting GSM traffic (voice, SMS and
meta-data), without interfering with cellular network operation
- Satellite Communication –VSAT, Inmarsat, Thuraya, etc.
- WEBINT – collecting any open source information with customizable
crawlers & social media API
- Social Networks Intelligence – collecting information in the social
networks, which is accessible only to "friends"
- Active Intelligence – monitoring targets’ smart-phones and
workstations, extracting valuable information and enabling
production of secured channels

Integrated System
- Unified all-sources investigative platform, including collected
entities, customer’s internal data sources and public data sources
- Unified information views – all information sources appear
on the same display
- State-of-the-art GUI displays the integrated data into grids and
graphs, and enables the analyst to drill down and extract meaningful
insights
Monitoring
- Real-time intercepted sessions are displayed instantaneously
- CEP engine checks incoming events for any recognized or
defined patterns, and generates intelligence alerts
- Language identification, voice recognition and OCR can seamlessly
be embedded in the system, enabling alerts by suspicious said
or written words or by voice sensitivities
