奶牛养殖活动记录：
1、奶牛的引入：数量，年龄。如购买有机奶牛，请提供有机证书和采购
凭证；
2、饲料：年投喂量，夏季、冬季、青年牛、泌乳牛、空怀牛。
3、饲料作物收获记录，包括品种、面积、收获数量、收获日期等；
4、外购饲料：矿物质、维生素和盐，提供采购凭证；有机饲料需提供有
机证书和采购凭证；
5、疾病控制：主要疾病，治疗方法，治疗记录；
6、免疫程序：预防疾病及记录；
7、非治疗性手术：原因，时间。
Cow keeping records：
29. 1, Cow pauchse such as quantity and age. If she is organic, please provide the

2, Feeds: Annual feeding quantity in dry matter, the Feed ingredients for calf,
young cows, milking cows and dry cows in summer and winter time;
3, Feeding Harvest records such as harvest date,plants variety and quantity,
etc.;
4, Feeds pauchase: purchase receipt of the vitamin, mineral and salt. If it is
organic feeds, please provide the organic certificate and purchase receipt.
5, Disease control: diseases variety and how to control it. Records such as
medicine name, ingredients and using date, etc; How to control the weeds;
6, vaccination system: prevention of disease and records;
7, Non operation treatment: reason and date.
