Parts Operations Specialist Heavy Vehicle Technician

The role of a Parts Operations Specialist Apprentice is diverse.
You’ll be working both behind the scenes receiving deliveries,
and at the front desk serving Mercedes-Benz customers. You’ll
learn skills in how to manage stock, process orders and organise
displays to promote our vehicle parts.
Studying on the Heavy Vehicle Technician Apprentice scheme
you will learn to diagnose and repair faults through practical and
theoretical learning. You will be trained to carry out the frequent
routine maintenance required of heavy vehicles and you’ll learn
how to use our STAR diagnostic equipment.

Light Vehicle Technician

As a Light Vehicle Technician Apprentice, your work will initially
focus on service maintenance, carrying out routine maintenance
and basic repairs. You will then progress to complex fault diagnosis
and repair, using Mercedes-Benz specialist diagnostic equipment.
