Cornflake stuffing

(4½) 3 small onions


(4½) 3 small peppers
(12oz.) 8 oz. chicken broth
(15) 10 cups cornflakes
(3) 2 eggs
(1½) 1 tsp. salt
(¾) ½ tsp. poultry seasoning
pepper

(Parenthesis indicates recipe 1 ½ times – amount needed for Thanksgiving).

Steam onions and peppers in some chicken broth / (microwave covered (10-20mins.)
cool. Mix peppers and onions w/ cornflakes, eggs, salt, seasoning and pepper. Then stuff
turkey.

For any left over (not in turkey) place in casserole dish and place butter on top. Bake at
350 for 20 mins.
