Brand Ambassador (BA) Agreement

No. 01/SSG-VII/2020

This Agreement is executed on Monday,27th July 2020 by and between the following:

Spark Studio at Tamora Gallery As The Management Studio

And

Leah Simmons / Elevate as The Brand Ambassador

A. Overview
1. The Brand Ambasador outlining creative content creation and event promotion to
promote Spark Studio as Multipurpose Studio to gain brand awareness and bringing
up more customers. Leah Simmons / Elevate agrees to deliver on the below obligations
in line with the specified timeline, using key messages, and required hashtag, and tags.
2. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Brand Ambassador shall perform
promotion in connection with Company through the social media channels, including
but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, among others.

B. Duties and Obligations of the Influencer

1. Promotion
Product : Spark Studio (Multipurpose Studio) at Tamora Gallery
Duration : The Month of August Mon- Fri (equal to 60 Hours)
2. Posting Social Media Accounts
Instagram : @OfficialSparkStudioBali
3. Agreed upon activity
- 3 x Instagram post via @OfficialSparkStudioBali
Timeline : The month of August
Key message : Promoting and share experience at Spark Studio as the
headline of every post caption.

 4. Agreed to pay monthly bill of utilities
Leah Simmons as Brand Ambassador of Spark Studio Gallery have right to use the
studio on August 2020 with time periode that has been confirmed wuth management,
and The Brand Ambassador agreed to pay utilities for activity inside Spark Studio
Maintain the studio (cleanliness before and after class) Fully responsibility of all
participants in the case of accident during event and or emergency situation.

C. Confidentiality
1. The Parties to this Agreement may not disclose to any third party, the use of the works
engaged by the Brand Ambassador with the Company without the other party's written
consent. Neither Party may sell, nor disclose with any third party any proprietary or
confidential information acquired by them in the course of their engagement with the
other, without the written consent of the other party.
2. The Brand Ambassador agrees to return to Company all confidential documents,
records, or any information owned by the company upon the termination of the
Agreement. In case of failure to return the confidential documents, records, or
information, the Brand Ambassador shall notify the Company and shall agree on how
such information shall be disposed or returned to the Company.

D. Period and Termination

1. This Agreement valid when the parties Signing this agreement and will be effective for Agust
2020.
2. If the end of this the agreement, the Spark studio Management will review The brand
ambassador.
3. Should any party decide to terminate this Agreement prior the date of maturity, the
party shall notify the other at least ten (10) days prior the termination date.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Brand Ambassador Agreement.
