3.3 CHOISE OF ACCUMULATOR


For the choise of accumulator must be considered these relationships:

p0 min ≥ 0,25 x p2 ; p0 max ≤ 0,9 x p1; usually: p0 = 0,9 p1;

where:
∆V p0 = precharge pressure
for adiabat transformation V0 =
(p0 / p1)0,7143 - (p0 / p2)0,7143 p1 = min working pressure
p2 = max working pressure
∆V = volume of accumulated or
∆V released fluid
for isothermic transformation V0 = V0 = volume of nitrogen at p0

Approximately, when the duration of compression or expansion is less than 3 minutes the transformation is adiabat

Recomended oil flow and dissipated power:

(for different temperatures see the conversion factor below) causes a drop of efficiency while an increasing of flow over the max indicated causes an increase of

Commissioning In relation to the calcareous contents in water, a periodic cleaning of the tubes of the heat exchanger is
necessary.
The control and cleaning is very easy by disassembling the X-RE heads.
Fluid Hydraulic oil as per DIN 51524...535, for other fluids, consult our technical office.
Fluid contamination class ISO 19/16 (filters at 25 mm value with ß25 > 75 recommended).
Recommended viscosity 15 ÷ 100 mm2/sec at 40°C (ISO VG 15 ÷ 100)
