Mariano Marcos State University.

With this, you may already proceed to your Medical and Dental Examinations.

A. FOR BSN, BSPH, BSPT, BSHM, BSTM, BSFT: Visit the University Infirmary (any day
from Monday-Thursday) until July 31.
B. FOR THE BSIT-FPSM, BTVTeD-FSMT: Visit the CTE Clinic on a Friday until July 31.
C. FOR OTHER COURSES: You may visit any clinic or hospital and have yourself
checked by a licensed physician. You have to submit your scanned accomplished
Medical and Dental forms, chest x-ray result and other required laboratory results
(whatever is applicable to your degree) until (deadline) to proceed for enlistment.
