    MS Susma : Good Morning every one


    L,L,K : Good morning mam
    Ms Susma : I am Susma, the head of human asset division in this organization
    So, you’ve applied for the marketing position, right?
    L,L,K : Yes, I have
    Ms Susma : So,Please tell me about yourself, lets start with Lingkan, please!
    Lingkan : Alright mam. My name is Lingkan Rumengan. I am from Rurukan and
    currently I live on Kota Tomohon. I am 22 years old.
    Kezya : Oke mam, My name is Kezya Rumengan. I am from Rurukan and currently I
    live on Tareran. I am 22 years old.
    Lilis : Oke mam, My name is Lilis Utami . I am from Tarnate and currently I live
    on Jailolo. I am 21 years old
    Ms Susma : What experience do you have?
    Kezya : I had worked for 1 year as a administration in a hotel
    LIlis : I don't have work experience before
    Lingkan : I had worked for 2 years as a sales and marketing in a furniture company,
    mam
    Ms Susma : Oh, that’s good. Why did you resign from your last job Lingkan? 
    Lingkan The reason why I left my last job because my salary was not worth my
    responsibility. Besides, I also want to work in a bigger company in order to
    improve my skills.
    Susma : Okay, can you tell me your strengths and weaknesses Kezya?
    Kezya : Hmmm, I think my strength is I can work well both individually and within a
    team. For the weakness, I think sometimes I cannot control my emotion Sir
    when I fell under pressure. 
    Susma : Why do you want to work for this company Lilis?
    Lilis : Because your company is one of big companies in Manado mam. Therefore,
    I am really interested to work here
    Susma : Do you have any computer skills lilis?
    Lilis : Yes, mam. I can operate Ms. Office and also Adobe Photoshop
    Susma : Well, we will consider it.
    Okay, just kindly waiting my confirmation via email or phone call. Thank
    you for coming to the interview
    L,LK : We will wait for the confirmation. We also would like to say thank you for
    giving me a chance to come for an interview
