SCENE 1

NARRATOR: One morning, Alexis and Ryza are strolling around the city. On
their way home, they saw a notice that a company was hiring and looking
for candidates. Edliz and Christian, on the other hand, saw it too, and sent
their resumes to the company.

ALEXIS: I just graduated last week, but I already want a job.

RYZA: Me too. I’m bored at home. I want to earn money as soon as possible.

RYZA: Alexis look! Royce company is looking for candidates.

ALEXIS: Omg! we should send our resumes immediately!

EDLIZ: (NAKITA YUNG NAKAPASKIL, KINUHA) Lord is this the sign? Thank
you! (MASAYANG NIYAKAP YUNG PAPEL)

CHRISTIAN: (KINUHA YUNG PAPEL AT BINASA) Y-you can d-do it C-christian!

SCENE 2 (SCREENING INTERVIEW)

NARRATOR: The company approved the resumes of Alexis, Ryza, Edliz,

and Christian. They are selected for the screening interview.

SEAN: Ms. Lagamayo, Ms. Mendez, Ms. Dela Cruz, Mr. Sevilla? Are you ready
for the Interview? Come with me.

ERENCE: Good Afternoon candidates! Kindly state your name and your desired
job position.

RYZA: A pleasant afternoon to all of you, my name is Ryza Mendez and I am

applying for the position of Sales Executive.

ALEXIS: My name is Alexis Lagamayo. I’ve always wanted to work here and I
know that you will hire me because I’m talented enough and fit for the position of
Sales Representative.

CHRISTIAN: I-I am-m C-christian Paul S-sevilla, I-I am apply-ing for the
p-position of Sales Consultant.

EDLIZ: Good afternoon, to all of you, my name is Edliz Kim Dela Cruz, and I
wanted to apply to your company as Sales Executive. I’m willing to learn new
things.

CHESKA: Now, I want you to tell me about yourselves that is not included in your
resume. Let’s start with you Ms. Lagamayo, I like your attire today.
ALEXIS: Thanks. I am a trustworthy and hardworking individual, my
communication skills are perfect and I am passionate about everything.

LEAH LYN: Hi Mr. Sevilla, tell me more about you.

CHRISTIAN: He-hello ma'am, I-i will do my best to ma-manage the sales of the
company.

SEAN: Remain calm and comfortable, everyone. Now, Ms. Mendez, I would like
to know what makes you different from the other applicants.

RYZA: Hello Sir, I have different kinds of skills that can surely help your
company. I'm good at managing and organizing a task to make the job easier,
and I'm also good at leading a group to work productively.

ERENCE: Ms. Dela Cruz, I want to know your strengths and weaknesses. Tell
me something.

EDLIZ: I am a good communicator and I have excellent leadership skills.

But I have difficulties with time management.

CHESKA: Job well done! We appreciate your effort to answer all our questions.

SEAN: However, we have to eliminate one candidate.

LEAH: We are not satisfied with your response Mr. Sevilla, we have to eliminate
you. But I hope you don’t lose your courage and try again.

CHRISTIAN: T-thank you. (AALIS NA SI CHRISTIAN)

ERENCE: Congratulations to the three of you, Ms. Lagamayo, Ms. Dela Cruz,
and Ms. Mendez. All of you will now proceed to the Selection Interview.

CHESKA: Rest for a while ladies.

SEAN: Our final question for all of you is why you’re deserving of the job

ALEXIS: Because I’m destined for the job and I’m skillful enough.

CHESKA: Persuade us more, how about you Ms. Dela Cruz?

EDLIZ: I’m deserving of the job position because I believe that my skills are
well-suited to this job. I’m confident and open to new learnings.

ERENCE: And you Ms. Mendez? Why should we hire you?

RYZA: I think you should hire me because I have the traits that you need in the
company. I’m skillful in many ways, flexible, and confident.

SEAN: Thank you for cooperating with us today. Kindly wait for our decision and
you will receive text messages containing the results of the interview.

NARRATOR: Ryza, Edliz, and Alexis received text messages from the
company. However, only Ryza and Edliz are accepted and hired by the
company.

RYZA: (tatawagan yung nanay) Mama hired nako!! Nagtext na yung Royce
Company.
EDLIZ: Yes! may trabaho nako! Thank you, Lord!

May meeting and ipapamalas ni Ryza at Edliz yung skills nila sa work.
