Description:
By understanding this course, students will able to learn
and manage their and others emotions. This program will
help students to reverse the harm of chronic stress. They will learn how to refresh their body and
mind by creating good relationships. Throughout the course, they will come to know how to coach
others effectively towards increased or learning motivation in work as well as life. They will also
learn about most interesting theories of emotional intelligence, different measurement tools to study
level of emotional intelligence with the strategies to manage one’s emotions.

Students interested in understanding
emotions and how it works in our daily
life and also to improve own
performance in workplace as well as in
academics too.

Objectives:
 Understand our own emotions and manage emotional state
 Understand importance of emotional brain and how it works in
daily life
 Understand to improve relations with others by understanding their emotions

 Lectures and in-class discussions
 Hands-on projects in groups and individual level
 Presentation, experimentation and project
