Appointments: 

Elder Puerta Pastran, Michael (ID 741891) Had had rashes all over his body (2
months). He had been using a hydrocortisone for the itchiness but hadn´t gotten
better, so he went the Dermatologist on October 18th and he was Diagnosed with
scabies. He was prescribed 500mg Cefurooxima 2 times a day, 10mg Cetirizina 2
times a day, 6mg Ivermin 4 every 8 days, and apply Sarnol Cream for 8 hours
before showering.

Hermana Palomino Franco, Emili (ID 721249), Has a history of Anemia before the
mission, and started to have the same symptoms again (rapid hair loss, sensitive
nails and teeth, and weakness). She went to an appointment on the 23rd but they
were not able to do a blood test because she needs to fast. She will have a follow-
up appointment on the 28th so that she can take out a blood sample.

Hermana Melgar, Raissa (ID 768734) Went to the emergency room on October
19th due to extreme pain in her abdomen. She had an x-ray and an ultrasound, and
blood test. They found an ovarian cyst and she was diagnosed with Colitis. She
was prescribed 300mg of Colypan everyday for 6 days and 400ml of Hydroplus for
2 days.

Elder Cueto Tito, Juan (ID 653396) Had an appointment on the 21st due to pain in
his jaw whenever he chews or talks. They said that the left part of his jaw is
dislocated. They gave him

Hermana Whipple, Mckenna (ID 729952) Went to the dermatologist On October

21st due to symptoms of eczema. The doctor diagnosed her with dyshidrotic
dermatitis and prescribed her Lactibon 3.5 Locion (soap) to wash her hands,
Diprogenta Crema (lotion) every morning and night until its better, Emolin Neo
Emulsion (lotion) every morning and night always, 5mg Lovocet Comprimido every
day for one month, and 2 pairs of rubber gloves for washing.

Hermana Pons, Yasmin (ID 767439) Had an appointment on October 21st due to
knee pain. She had an x-ray and she has 3 swollen tendons. She was given
Paracetamol and was told to rest for 10 days.
Elder Silva Ramirez, Hanz (ID 624655) He had an appointment on the 22st due to
having a headache for the past 3 weeks and dizziness when he reads. He took a
blood sample and the doctor diagnosed him with having migraines and prescribed
him Ergotamina or Mirulorixin but we are waiting for Dr.Dowdle to approve these
medicines before he takes them. In the meantime, he will take migrax whenever he
had a headache.

Elder Beynon, Nathaniel (ID 670694) Had an ingrown toenail so he went to get it
removed. The Doctor removed it and everything went well. He will apply an
antibiotic cream every day (Lamoderm) for the next week.

Hospitalization  

Hermana Melgar, Raissa (ID 768734) Returned to the emergency room on October
22th for severe abdominal pain similar to the pain that she had 3 days before when
she was diagnosed with Colitis. They took a Urine sample and we will have more
information when she leaves the Hospital. She is currently still in the hospital and
does not have a diagnosis. We are waiting for more information.
