I have known Truc Ferrer for the past four years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of
working with her professionally with the Department of Catholic Schools in California and as a
parent. The working relationship that I had with Truc was always amazing. She goes above and
beyond to meet enrollment goals. She is flexible and always willing to go the extra mile to make
prospective families feel at home in her classroom. Truc is creative and passionate about her
work.

The most rewarding relationship I have had with Truc is that of a parent to one of her students.
Truc is empathetic. She is able to provide a warm and safe environment while maintaining firm
boundaries and class expectations. Truc recognizes the individual talents of her students and
helps them grow at their own pace while challenging them appropriately. Her curriculum is
engaging, innovative, and allows for student exploration. Truc differentiates learning, building on
the strengths of her students while addressing the weaknesses as she works towards mastery.
She maintains constant communication with parents. As a parent, I felt like we were a part of a
team working towards a common goal. My child excels in school thanks to the solid foundation
Truc established. It has been a pleasure to know Truc in both capacities and I recommend her
for any position she chooses to pursue. I am confident that she will make a great addition to
your team.
