 Remove excess adhesive from the surface.

 Do not disturb installed rebar before manufacturer specified cure time has elapsed.
 Observe manufacturer recommendations with respect to installation temperatures
for cartridge injection adhesive systems.
Onsite Testing

Onsite pullout tests are conducted only to validate the installation quality. Onsite tests should not be
considered as a basis for selection of product or for determination of embedment.

Special Note:-
The responsibility for the correct and safe execution of the works lies with the Concerned Engineer
In- Charge/ Project Manager.

The submittal should include the following document:

1. Input data sheet for load, duly filled up by the concerned engineer
2. Software generated design report clearly indicating the type of connection i.e. simply
supported, moment or splice and the corresponding embedment depth
3. ETA document for the mortar
4. ETA document for seismic approval of rebar connections
5. Special approval certificates (if needed)

Project Specification
Construction drawings or supplementary design documents should include the following:
1. diameter of the rebar and the corresponding anchorage depth
2. name of the chemical for which the embedment has been defined
3. special installation instructions (if applicable). These shall not contradict the manufacturer's
installation instructions
4. reference to the manufacturer's installation instructions.
