Nurse : “Good morning Ms. Asia,my name is Wulan and I’ll be looking after you for
this morning.”

Patient: “Good morning Ms. Wulan”

Nurse : “How are you feeling today?”

Patient :“Lately, i feel nauseous, especially at night and around the afternoon.
Sometimes, i also vomit. My stomach also feels bloated. .”

Nurse : “Do you feel pain in the stomach?”

Patient : “Yes, sometimes.”

Nurse : “How long have you had these symptoms?”

Patient : “About two day, and they are very annoying.”

Nurse : “Okey. What about your sight? Can you see clearly?”
