Patient: Good morning, Dr. Nabil. How are you today?

Doctor: Good morning! I'm doing well, thank you. How about yourself?

Patient: I've been better, dealing with some discomfort in my neck and my lower bqck.

Nurse: Good morning! I'm Nurse aminah. How is everything going today?

Patient: Well, I've been having some pain in my lower back.

Doctor: I see. Let's discuss your symptoms in more detail. Nurse Aminah, could you please check the
patient's vitals?

Nurse: Of course, Doctor. I'll take care of that right away.

Doctor: Thank you. Now, let's talk about your back pain. When did it start, and have you noticed any
specific triggers?

Patient: It started a few days ago, and it's been persistent. I can't pinpoint a specific trigger.

Nurse: Vitals are stable, Doctor.

Doctor: Thank you, Nurse Aminah. Let's schedule some tests to get a better understanding of what
might be causing the pain. In the meantime, we can manage the discomfort. Does that sound okay?

Patient: Yes, that sounds like a plan.

Nurse: I'll get those tests scheduled for you, and we'll make sure you're as comfortable as possible in
the meantime.
