 INTRODUCTION
• Our project “Student Management System” is a website where a student can check
his attendance and can manage his results of different semester.
• This Student Management System is used to accumulate the entire details of the
student which they fetch at one place and making complete atomization of manual
system to computerized system.
• Also, our project includes a chatroom where every student can communicate and solve
their queries.
• Languages used : html, php, sql, css, javascript.
• Software/editor used: wamp, notepad++, Sublime text 3.
• We have taken “000webhost” as a hosting website.

 Objective of Student Management System
• The objective and scope of my Project Student Management System is to
make online student portal.
• To facilitate a user-friendly environment of attendance implementation and
reduces the manual effort.
• Providing an online comprehensive solution to manage semester result where
every individuals can upload and store their valuable data.
• It will simplify the task and reduce the paper work.
• Chatroom provided as an interface between different students and teachers.
• Attendance calculator is provided, so that students can calculate and manage
the number of classes they will have to attend to maintain 75% criteria.

 FUTURE SCOPE
This project has a wide scope as it is better than the manual record storing. Following are
some of its advantages:

• Both educational organizations and corporate companies can use this portal.

• It, being an application based on web may be taken at any place or any time as the
location is not considered.
• Online fees payment could be added via Ru Pay Payment Gateway.
 CONCLUSION
This student management system provides a user-friendly environment of
attendance implementation and reduces the manual effort.

Providing an online comprehensive solution to manage semester result where

every individuals can upload and store their valuable data.

It saves time as data related to student’s attendance and result is present in the
same platform. Administrator has a privilege to modify and delete the attendance
information.

User can register, login and can store and check his/her details with his specific
id, and can see the results as well.
