Technical Focus – Roll into Ditch
• In pairs, using 1 rink each.
• Mats are placed at the halfway
point
• Students to bowl into the ditch
to get a feel for technique
• Both students to bowl their 2
bowls and collect together
Technical Focus – Weight
• Increase distance of mats from
end of rink (if required)
• Aim to finish the bowl within
the scoring zones and close to
the jack (5/10/5 points)
• Students to bowl their 2 bowls
and collect together
• Students to film each other’s
technique and view while other
student is bowling
