DISADVANTAGES
LIMITED ACCESS TO EDUCATION
ADVANTAGES

The right to education was denied to a certain

social sector, because they argued that the
lower classes of society didn't need education
since their purpose was to serve their
superiors.

DEEP DEVELOPMENT OF THOUGTH

Education focused on the individuality of the
human being motivated students to inquire about
their purpose in society and helped to maintain
the balance between mind, body and soul, that is,
allowed them to think for themselves in depth
about any topic.

OUTDATED INFORMATION
As a consequence of the low flow of
information and the costly process of creating
and publishing the books that were the only
sources of research, the data found in these
was sometimes totally out of date.

MORE IMAGINATION,
MORE CREATIVITY
The stimulation of thought also allowed the
development of imagination and in turn of
creativity since the ability to capture these
ideas to turn them into something real led
them to be recursive.

INFLEXIBILITY
The use of the traditional method (classroom,
teacher and students) was the only option that
existed for a long time, therefore if the students
could not go to class for some reason this
affected their average.

COMMITMENT AND EFFORT WHIT

THEIR EDUCATION
As the information was limited, investigating
something about a topic required effort, work and
research, fortunately with the invention of the
printing press, the access to books improved; but
the commitment had to be constant because they
needed hours of work.
