This process helps me expand my connections as I’m a people person and have
exhibited this initiating joining party tradition at Maruti Suzuki thus encouraging
relations between colleagues outside of work.

Good fit:

As part of my job, I have developed training content for our dealership

manpower and modified the content based on the feedbacks we received. I also
worked on role merger projects where I need to interact with people,
understand their capabilities, design training programs for improvement and
define roles and responsibilities. This experience will allow me to interact with
my peers and understand their concerns critically.

Regional skill development…part of my job is to create training content for

different roles in leadership . Based on feedback from we have changed the
process of fitment of an alternator which resulted in completion of recall within
two months. Im also working on role mergers studying the capabilities of
dealership manpower and designing their roles and responsibilities This process
helps me expand my connections as I’m a people person and have exhibited this
initiating joining party tradition at Maruti Suzuki thus encouraging relations
between colleagues outside of work. Involvement with the class: Attended
interbnational as well as US happy hours, actively participated in with fellow
Indians to take up concerned issues with the school Reached out to students by
self intitiation and made connections Being new to slack, I missed the
opportunity of becoming a champion which I want to compensate by this
 opportunity Resourceful and knowledge sgharing As I have researched about
loan process I have most of the doubts of the peers

I'm resourceful by nature. This made me the go-to person at work for all new comers. Organizing get-
togethers enabled me to collect feedback from the team for our superiors and maintain camaraderie. I
managed role merger projects at work where I interacted with dealer manpower, understood their
capabilities, designed training programs for improvement and defined their roles and responsibilities.

As Mess Secretary in Undergraduate College, I interacted with students from other states, learnt about
their food culture and designed a menu that had cuisines from all states. This opportunity will allow me
to understand everyone's perspectives, make deep connections, learn about other cultures, interact
with Student Body and get the exposure needed for my transition into US educational system.

Being new to Slack, I missed the opportunity to be a regional champion. However, I've attended all the
zoom calls (India, International and Class of 2022) organized. Having researched the loan process early, I
cleared others' queries by actively involving in chats. I reached out to 10 students outside my country
and was thanked by few for posting about 'Free access to Coursera' on Slack.
