Subject : ARYA RESIDENCES COVID – 19 ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Valued Unit Owners and Residents,

We confirm today, August 25, 2020 that there is an additional positive case of COVID-19 in Arya Residences
Tower 1:

To date we have 2 positive cases:

Tower 1 Covid19 Patient C (announced on August 06, 2020 under Circular 2020-081 & waiting for confirmatory
result).
Tower 1 Covid19 Patient D (confirmed today).

Both households are in quarantine.

As of this writing:

• We are conducting a thorough disinfection of all floors, especially the one the subject is residing.
Please stay indoors for the time being.
• All common areas such as lobbies, elevators and the parking areas are likewise being disinfected
and will continue to undergo periodic sanitation daily.
• On-going contact tracing.

Let us continue to observe following safety protocols

• Strictly wear facemasks at all times, as mandated by the IATF.

• Wearing of gloves and face shields are encouraged.
• Sanitize hands by using the automatic alcohol dispensers through ground floor lobby and Basement
lift lobbies.
• Stay-out drivers are limited at the basement parking levels only.
• In going inside the building through the ground floor lobby and Basement lobby entrances, please
sanitize your footwear soles by stepping on the foot mat with disinfectant.
• To practice social distancing, only two (2) residents can ride the Passenger Elevators and only three
(3) residents can ride the Service Elevator.
• Delivery drop off and resident pick up of food deliveries are at the Tower 1 Lobby Rizal covered
Driveway for Tower 1 residents and Tower 2 Lobby is at 8th avenue for Tower 2 residents.
• All passengers of incoming vehicles must subject themselves to a mandatory temperature check.
• Report immediately to the undersigned any symptoms you may be feeling, any contact with a PUI
or COVID - 19 positive patient, and any recent travel history.
