LN Calculation Software WT 9367 is

a PC program which runs on an IBM
PC-AT, PS/2 (or compatible) computer.
The program makes cumulative distri-
bution calculations on spectrum files
from Real-time Frequency Analyzers
Types 2143 and 2144 loaded with Type
7666 or 7667 software. The program
displays a table on screen or outputs
the table to a printer. It is possible to
see a graph of the calculated cumula-
tive or level distribution.

Application
The PC which is used to run the WT
9367 program must be an IBM PC-
AT, PS/2 (or compatible) computer
(80286 processor or higher) with at
least 2 Mbytes of memory, MS-DOS
or PC-DOS version 3.3 or later and

Conversion
The program can display a table of
the calculated values on screen or
output the table to a printer or a
spreadsheet program as an ASCII or
WKS file.
The example table output shown in
Fig. 3 is based on the same data as
used for Fig. 1. The program can con-
vert the table to ASCII or WKS for-
mat. WKS files are compatible with
the Lotus 1-2-3TM format and can be
used with any program using this file
structure. Once imported into a
spreadsheet program, the data can be
manipulated using the spreadsheet
commands and formats to produce
customized graphs and reports.

System Requirements
Software Format: Supplied on a single 3 1/ 2″
720 Kbyte disk in MS-DOS format
Computer requirements: IBM PC-AT, PS/2TM
or compatible computer (80286 processor) with
at least 2 Mbytes of free memory
Operating System: MS-DOS or PC-DOS 3.3TM
or later version
Parallel Interface: A 25-pin D-type LPT port
must be available for the software protection key.
This port can still be used by a printer/plotter
when the key is installed.
Hard Disk: Requires at least 2 Mbytes of free
file space for the system files
Video Display Adaptor: EGA or VGA
Analyzer Type: WT 9367 works with the follow-
ing Brüel&Kjær Real-time Frequency Analyzers:
• Type 2143 with software Type 7666 or PROM
VP 2611 (single channel)
• Type 2144 with software Type 7667 (dual
channel)
Program Output
Printer: Drivers for the following printers are in-
cluded; Canon LBP/8, Deskjet, Deskjet Color,
Epson FX, Epson LQ, IBM Proprinter, IBM Pro-
printer X24, IBM Quietwriter, Laserjet II, Laserjet
III, Paintjet, Postscript, Thinkjet
Plotter: Drivers for the following Hewlett Pack-
ardTM HPGL plotters are included; 7470, 7475,
7550, 7585
Processed Data: Post-processed data that is
saved to disk is in HPGL file format and can be
used by any program recognising this file struc-
ture
ASCII Format: Table values can be output in
ASCII file format. The file extension is .ASC
WKS Format: Data files can be converted into
WKS format and can be used by any program
recognising this file structure, e.g. Lotus 1-2-3TM,
Quattro ProTM and ExcelTM. The file extension
is .WKS.
