Sir Please clarify on following points for industrial project.

Points to be clarified for sanitary/plumbing

1. Population required as below : -
a) Living Families
b) Nos. of daily updown Workers.
c) Office Staff
d) Visitors if any
2. Under ground water tank (Raw Water + Domestic Water + Fire Fighting) location.
3. WTP required or not if yes please provide water test report.
4. RO plants required or not if yes please provide water test report .
5. Hot Water requirement or not ?
6. If STP is planned and should be there as per norms , most factories in this area are supposed to
work on zero discharge in that case flushing water requirement will be worked out from that.
7. STP Treated water uses (Flushing + Landscape ) ?
8. STP overflow discharge to sewer line or soak pit, if sewer line plz provide nearest municipal
sewer line with invert level.
9. Any Municipal water supply line?
10. Distilled water requirement is there or not?
11. Existing & New Bore well Location with Discharge of water.
12. Rain water collection tank required or not if yes location plz ?
13. Location for any type of fountains etc.

Points to be clarified for Electrical

1. Existing and new Electrical Sub-station location.
2. Pls provide any motive/machine load requirement.
3. Any upgradation of existing electrical distribution system
4. Air condition & Air Cooling requirement ?
5. Specified area for Air condition & Air Cooling requirement.
6. AC will be individual or packaged or VRV/VRF and areas any to be ventilated only?
7. Audio, video and automation if required.pl specify area where required
8. Security System
9. CCTV Monitoring area
10. PA System Y/N ?
11. EPBX System ?
12. Networking and WI-FI access
13. DG backup?
14. UPS backup required y/N?.
15. BMS Y/N ?
