temporary cable.
2. Testing and repair any defected item for intercom system on
vessel, commissioning include presentation to class.

take out the existing and install new one ;

5. Service and commissioning rescue boad and presentation to
class;
a) Renew battery 2 x 120ah
b) INSTALL New dynamo starter
c) Install new emergency stop
d) Replace 2 bulb nav ligh
6. Testing and commissioning watermist system until presentation
to class, 2 item found defected replace and install new. install
additionall support flame detector engine room.
7. Cleaning Main Switchboard,Transformer and Emergency
switchboard.
8. Testing and commissioning fire detection system and
presentation to class.
9. Testing and commissioning hospital call alarm & Dad manlock
until presentation to class.

11. Testing and commissioning Bilges system and presentation to
class.(17pcs). Install Float switch new type follow Blue ridge
comment (5pcs)
12. CCTV,installation new equipment and assist testing .

13. Test and commissioning Engine telegraph, install 2pcs baby siren
alarm at Engine telegraph panel propulsion PORT & STBD.
14. Line check and calibration draft sensor.4pcs.
15. Function test galley and laundry equipment ;

c) Potato peeller
d) Meat slicer
e) Dishwasher
f) Washing machine and dryer
16. Open MRU and send to store ASL for calibration, after finish
install back.
17. Pulling cable DC for supply gyro compass (existing cable size to
small)
18. Test and commissioning level switch tank all vessel.
19. Assist commissioning,installation new equipment Radio
communication system .
20. Assist commissioning, installation new equipment Navigation
system .
21. Assist commissioning, installation new equipment Gyro system.
22. Test and commissioning Heater accommodation and heater
floor bathroom all around deck. Test and presentation to
Owner/charter.
23. Cleaning all panel controll and distribution from dust and rust,
change air intake filter element.
24. Install new capasitor propultion 60pcs)
25. Install monitor BWTS,install solenoid 2pcs,install UV sensor and
selector switch.
26. IAS system ;
a) Install new Module cabinet 3 and cabinet 5 arround

b) Install monitor CCR 4pcs and bridge 2pcs
c) Install CPU bridge console
d) Install printer
27. Dismantle electric equipmen on bridge during carpenter install
new windows ;

02 Fab. , install& modification work cable ladder, flat bars,

coaming &etc relayed to all electrical work.
03 Cables laying, connecting, proper cable tag & marking of All cables to be proper arrange
cables as per layout plan, single line & termination dwg. and tight as per yard & class
( Included CCTV, lan cables &etcs ) requirement
04 Contractor to carry out loot check on all cables line, panel.
Megger test & assist all relayed equipments & items for
commissioning till certified by yard rep.
05 Termination work of all electrical system and any
modification work if require.

Scope Of Supply
01 Contractor to provide all testing equipments such as mage
meter, multi meter, clamp meter, VHF radio & etc for testing
requirements.
02 All consumables & tooling for electrical work Sealant compound supply by
yard
03 All consumables & tooling for hot work ( class approved
electrode )
04 A-frame ladder for working at accommodation area Safe for use, certified by yard
safety
05 Extension wire for electrical tooling c/w industry plug.
Distribution panel if require.
06 Ventilation blower dia. 12” & lighting for working inside
tanks.
07 Personal protective equipment for workers Accordance to Yard safety
requirement
08 Working attire for workers – Overall Accordance to Yard safety
requirement
09 Workers insurance, tax as per Indonesia labors rule & service
tax as per Indonesia rule.
10 Equipment& tooling not stated under yard of supply
11 Cost for re-work – due to poor workmanship ( Reject by
owner representatives or surveyor )
12 Welders test cost. ( Welder certificate 4G, 5G & 6G )
13 Certified skill workers such as safety , engineer, supervisor,
foreman, welders, fitter, helpers & etc.

Scope of Supply By Yard

01 Angle bar, flat bar, steel plate, cable pipe, deck tube & cable Any missed used of materials .

Term & Condition

1. 10% down payment

2. 60 days payment term upon submit of official invoice

3. Any modification & additional work out from initial scope will consider Variation order.

4. Full payment upon job completion

5. 30days from as of Quotation Date,after which it is subject to our comfirmation.
