1. Freight: Extra as actual
2. Validity: up to 30 days
3. The delivery will start within two weeks after receiving your confirmed purchase
order
4. Warranty: All the offered products carry warranty for one year
5. Payment Terms: 30% advance against supply order, 60% against material delivery
and 10% after installation & commissioning
6. All the necessary training to operate, at the place of the installation of the system
shall be provided.
7. GST @18% or @12% extra on quoted prices as per product category
8. Electrical connection (220 V) is to be provided at your end.
9. Any civil work for installation of systems would be in your scope
10. Quanity of Pipe, Cable and accessories mentioned is apporximate and would be
installed as per actual site requirement. Any other material required later as per site
requirement would be extra
