 a. Water Supply Layout ( Hot & Cold, as required)
 b. Sewer / Soil Pipe Line Layout

 d. Storm Water Drainage Layout
 e. Isometric Drawings of the systems
 3. Plumbing / Sanitary Details
 a. Area Drain / Catch Basin - must be watertight
 b. Plumbing Fixtures Mounting & Connection Details
 c. Pipe Diameter & Specifications
 d. Septic Tank / Vault Details:
 i. Provide 3-Chamber Septic Tank (Watertight) –
as per GSC Septage Ordinance
 ii. Install Tee Inlet, Partitions and Outlet
 iii. Manhole minimum dimension: 508 mm x 508 mm
 iv. Invert level of inlet pipe shall not be less than
50.8mm than the invert of outlet.
 v. Digestive Chamber Min. L = 1500 mm, W = 900 mm
 vi. Digestive Chamber shall not be less than 2/3 of
total tank capacity while Leaching Chamber shall not
be less than 1/3 of total tank capacity.
 vii. Air Space = 230 mm minimum,
Liquid Depth = 600 mm min – 1800 mm max
 viii. Submit Septic Tank Design Basis / Calculation
 ix. For Pre-fabricated Septic Tank - Submit Material
Data Sheet (must be accredited by AITECH/DOST/DOH)
 4. Provide Water Treatment Prior Disposal:
 a. Grease Trap / Oil & Water Separator
 b. Waste Water Treatment Facility (WWTF) / STP
& indicate sizes and dimension (as required)
 i. Submit WWTF/STP Design Basis
 i. WWTF / STP Process Flow

 5. Provide / Comply to Application Documents
 a. Secure Sanitary / Plumbing Permit with
signature and dry seal of professionals and
applicant.
 b. Clear Copy of Valid PRC ID and Updated PTR
 c. Fill-out completely the Plumbing Permit
Application Form (Check Marked)
 d. Provide Clearances from the National Water
Resources Board (as required).
 e. Secure ECC from DENR-EMB.
 6. Reflect Septic Tank / Underground Tank on Foundation
Plan for Structural Evaluation since it is located under
Parking Area / Driveway
 7. Provide Rain Water Collection Tank
as per GSC Rainwater Ordinance
 8. Provide Water Tank & Booster Pump for Uniform
Water Pressure and indicate capacity.
Submit installation detail (as required).
 9. Cost Estimates and Specifications
 10. Settle Comments of Architectural re: _________.
