    Dear Mr. Gray,


    I am interested in pursuing a master’s degree at the Metropolitan university. I am hoping to
    get a scholarship but that will not cover my living cost. So I am willing to take any on
    campus part-time job as it will be easier for me to work within the campus area and I also
    need a house to live around the campus. So do let me know the living cost and the job
    opportunities you have.
