INSTALLMENT CONTRACT FOR SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

The Agreement hereby made and entered into this 27 th day of April, 2019, by and between Nicko T.
Tamayao, hereinafter referred as “seller”, and Aristotle Talosig, hereinafter referred as “buyer”.

Whereas, seller owns the specific Raider 150, with plate number BE 55961, which hereinafter referred
to as the subject of sale/motor vehicle.

Whereas, the seller desires to sell the said motor vehicle and the buyer desire to purchase the same.

Now therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. Seller agrees to sell and Buyer agrees to purchase the said motor vehicle.
2. The total purchase price of the motor vehicle shall be the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand
(75,000.00) only. Said purchase price shall be paid by purchaser as follows:

Initial Payment…………………………………………………………….. 5,000.00

Succeeding Payments (Monthly Basis) ………………………… 3,000.00 x 23 months

3. If the Purchaser desires to extinguish the amount earlier, he may do so.
4. The Original OR/CR shall be surrendered by the Seller only after the full amount of purchase
price is extinguished.
