1 PRODUCTION Food Safety Team  To provide direction to HACCP Team members w.r.t. HACCP
MANAGER Leader/MR Study, new developments in the field of food safety, sanitation,
cGMP etc
 To approve all the documents related to HACCP study mainly
Process Flows, Hazard Analysis, HACCP Plan, HACCP Verification
schedules.
 To ensure regular HACCP verification
 To ensure implementation change control procedure and identify
the changes which require HACCP study
 To identify the training needs for the HACCP team and provide
training
 To provide feedback to executive management on the status of
Food safety Management system
 To ensure that all the plant and infrastructure maintenance
activities are carried out in accordance with cGMP.
 To ensure cleaning and sanitation of water storage tanks,
machines.
2 Quality Control Manager System Co-ordinator  To ensure that the contractor and its workers follow the required
cGMP and sanitization practices
 To ensure that all resources required for the implementation of
cGMP, sanitization and pest control are in place and in use
 To ensure adequate housekeeping of the plant and its perimeter
including the waste disposal
 To ensure strict compliance on Sickness reporting and Visitor
Control procedures.
 To maintain all the records related to HACCP study.
 To coordinate with the external labs for the testing
 To maintain records related to Management Review, Internal
Audits, Customer Complaints, Training records
 To perform cGMP inspections and internal audits in coordination
with the other HACCP Team Members.

3 Production Supervisor Member  To draw the process flow in coordination with Process Analyzer.
 To perform the Hazard Analysis in coordination with the Plant
Incharge and Process Analyzer
 To identify the CCP’s
 To develop HACCP Plan
 To ensure monitoring of CCP’s as per the HACCP Plan
 To develop washing and sanitization procedures in coordination
with Maintenance Engineer
 To perform validation of CCP’s in coordination with Lab Chemist
and Microbiologist.
4 Store/Technical/Admin Member  Maintain Facilities HSE and Continues Monitoring of area
Manager  Proper Stacking of raw material and final product
 To perform cGMP Inspections
