Dialogue: job interview

Interviwer: Good morning Jessica, How are you?

Catidate: Good morning Karen I am great thanks.

Interviwer: Ok. Let me introduce myself, I am Karen, and I am the director of the Medellin
women's secretariat. First tell me about yourself.

Catidate: I am 23 years old; I graduated at Tecnologico de Antioquia as a social worker in


2017. I have a specialization in planning, programming and execution of social projects

Interviwer: I have already read your resume, and I see you have great skills for applying to
this job, but tell me a little about your job experience.

Catidate: My emphasis is on women and the rural population, so I have worked on some
projects to strengthen community participation.

Interviwer: Why do you want to work for us?

Catidate: I want to work with you because I really like all the projects that you want to
achieve with the community, I want to be part of them, and also I believe I could fit well
carrying on these projects.

Interviwer: What are your major strengths and weaknesses?

Catidate: I am a creative person, I really like work with others, I am enthusiastic, and I
have good communication skills. Move on to my weaknesses, sometimes I am an
impatient person, but I have learned to look the bright side under pressure situations.

Interviwer: What are the most important considerations for you choosing a job?

Catidate: I think that the most important is a job when I can challenges to grow
professionally, and also grow personal.

Interviwer: Finally, What do you do in your spare time?

Catidate: I like hiking, I like taking pictures, especially of nature. I really like to spend time
with my family and my friends; I also enjoy to watching movies and series.

Interviwer: Ok, that is all, thanks for coming.
